This is me at just
3 days old. I was a pretty large chick which is
why I was originally named "big bird".
I was the first buff chick to be born and all the
others thought I was mum. I don't look very impressive
yet.

At just 2 weeks it was clear
that I was a boy.
Frightening aren't I! |

 |
6 weeks old in the garden with
the others. I was just starting to get a comb. There
was another cockerel but he used to attack Denise's
feet and started crowing at 5 weeks old. That's why
I got to stay, I didn't start crowing until about
11 weeks. |

Tada! 12 weeks and I'm a proper
boy now! Aren't I impressive. I look after my girls
and I've got a wicked crow too. |

15 weeks here and I don't look
much different. I've been told I'm a bit big to be
a Pekin really but I don't imagine I'll be going
to many shows |
